Fees Payment Method

MDACI’s Services Fees

a) Partner Membership Agreement:

 

In this type of contract, the Member will be benefiting from all the MDACI’s services at almost no cost. Members shall only pay a registration and be directly or indirectly contracted by MDACI. This Partner Membership Agreement is mandatory, while the following two (2) other contracts shall depend on Member choice:

 

  • a) Direct Partnership Contract is called Technical Partnership Agreement, which shall be concluded between MDACI and the respective Member; and
  • b) Indirect Partnership Contract is referred to Consultancy or Business Development Agreement with MDACI, which be signed between the Member and the Potential Client of MDACI or its Associate.  

 

In consideration for the membership benefits outlined herein, each member of MDACI shall pay an initial membership fee to be determined according to the initial membership fee schedule set forth in the following chart:

Category 8 For Non-Profit Partners with Memberships of 801 to 2,000 Members 4,000
Category 9 For Non-Profit Partners with Memberships of more than 2,000 Members 5,000

 

In consideration for the membership benefits outlined herein, each member of MDACI shall pay an annual membership fee of $350.00

 

b) Direct Partnership Agreement

 

The Direct Partnership Agreement or Technical Partnership is a contract that is directly concluded between the Member and MDACI. In this case, the member shall negotiate all the contract terms and conditions directly with MDACI, which is responsible for the entire Project (Supply, Operation and Maintenance (O&M), Management, Training or Engineering, Procurement, Construction and/or Installation Agreement) at an agreed contract value.

 

The MDACI’s Member shall directly be paid by MDACI’s prime European Bank for the executed contract pursuant to the Project realization milestone.

 

c) Indirect Partnership Agreement

 

Concerning this type of Contract, MDACI is engaged as Consultant or a Business Developer under a Consultancy or Business Development Agreement. The Member shall directly sign the Contract (Supply, Operation and Maintenance (O&M), Management, Training or Engineering, Procurement, Construction and/or Installation (EPC/I) Agreement) foreign Customer and pay for a agreed service fee varying from US$150,000 to US$1,500,000. For this purpose, MDACI shall responsible for the following bankable documentation for the Member:

 

  • All necessary licenses and permits;
  • Full Feasibility Study Report;
  • Interim/Full Environmental Impact Assessment Report;
  • Preliminary/Detailed Technical Designs;
  • Site TDP and related Certificate of Occupancy;
  • Draft Power Purchase Agreement (in the case of Power Plant EPC);
  • Draft Vesting Agreement (in the case of Electricity Distribution Network EPC);
  • Draft Supply Agreement/Sales and Purchase Agreement (in the case of Gas Plant EPC, Coal Mine or Oil and Gas, Iron Ore Exploration, etc.);
  •  Draft Maintenance and Operation Agreement (always with the supplier or its subsidiary);
  • Equity Financial Support Letter/Agreement (from the financier);
  • Equity Contribution Letter (from the Project owner’s Bank);
  • Bank Guarantee (from the Project owner’s bank or the financier);
  • Etc.

 

Fees Payment Method

 

The payment method shall be carried out as follow:

  1. After signature of the Contract with MDACI, you will be provided with an Invoice, indicating the bank coordinates, business address, telephone number, facsimile, date, reasons for payment. Payment shall be made according to the implementation milestones;
  2. Payment shall performed to the indicated company’s bank account on the invoice by bank draft or direct bank transfer;

 

NOTE: Each Member will be provided a code to get access to required protected information after payment confirmation of your membership fee by our bank.
