MDACI runs international Vocation Educational and Training (VET) Programme to train the Youth of all level of skill and our Partners’ employees in MDACI’s operating countries located in Africa, South America, and the Middle East. These programmes constitute part of MDACI’s technical and economic development support for the aforementioned developing countries. We have learnt that for a sustainable operation of our international investment Projects, it is necessary to implement a programme of transfer of Know-How from developed countries (Europe and America) to the developing countries or emerging economies (Africa, South America, and the Middle East). MDACI cooperates with the concerned governments and interested companies to organise the requalification of the selected groups of youth or employees for specific courses.

Objectives

The objectives of the scheme are to enhance employability of our recent graduates and people in the labour market by adding professional social and language skills, as well as an international dimension to their CV. The opportunity of living in a foreign culture has proved invaluable in making participants more open-minded and culturally aware.

Our training courses consist of theoretical and practical parts and are combined with psychological courses. Students will end their courses with an internationally recognized and accepted diploma or Certificate from one of our prime International Education or Training Institutes.

MDACI Provide follow-and-support programme to all the trainees i.e. We will help all the trainees and students get a suitable employment to their profession in their own country or in the international job market. MDACI will work in cooperation with the governments, international organization, financial institutions and banks and the private sector to create jobs for the Trainees. MDACI will make sure that a job will be available for each trainee before the end of his training.

Admission requirements

The MDACI training program is designed for unskilled and skilled people. However, you are requested to prove your level of Czech language and/or English or other foreign language depending on the language of instruction of your course/study program. In some cases, you are also requested to take additional qualifying courses even pass admission tests for a suitable course to your career.

Documents

For your admission application, the following documents are required

• • • Curriculum Vitae;

    • Filled-in application form for the selected training course. This form can be usually downloaded from MDACI website or even fill-in electronically;

    • An attested copy of your higher education level;

    • Medical Certificate – complete medical checkup (HIV-AIDS, others, etc.);

    • Recommendation Letter; and

    • Criminal record legalized by your own Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Fees

There are three (3) Levels and each level takes 6 months of intensive training. 8 hours of training (theory at classrooms and practice in the fields and workshops) are organized per day. The courses are more focused on practical skills, design under EU and Standards.

Distance Learning Programme

The distance learning is mainly based on theoretical courses, which are provided online by our internationally deployed experts for each respective course. As a member of MDACI, the trainees or students will also be benefiting from our advice services for Free when planning their career, looking for job, and deciding to continue their education or to return back to school or to college. Also members have discounted price up to 50% for all our educations and training materials.

How we can help you pay for your courses

Being a member of MDACI’s Education and Training Programmes (ETP) will give you the advantage of being qualified for our Education Funding Supports (EFS) from the following relevant institutions:

• • • Governmental Agencies;

• • • International Socio-Economic Development Organisations;

    • Non Governmental Organisations (NGOs); or

    • Institutional Lenders; or

If you cannot get grant, we arrange for you from Governmental Agencies, International Socio-Economic Development Organisations or Non Governmental Organisations (NGOs), then MDACI shall arrangement a credit or loan (cheap students loans) from our Institutional lenders. If you are qualified for any of the above MDAC’s Learning Aid, you have to cover the costs of learning. But, MDACI will assist you organise and plane your training programme so that you can satisfactorily meet all your financial and living requirements and costs.

In the case you get a credit from our institutional lenders, then how you pay for your learning shall depend on your financial situation. You may be able to pay for your education on your own if you:

• • • plan to keep working to pay for your courses as you take them;

    • can use money you saved to cover these costs; and

    • have a learning account or financial support from your employer.
