Pleasant, not very distinctive aroma, typical of northern type Chardonnay. Fresh and full taste with mineral tones and harmonious acid. Pleasant, clean, medium full and uncomplicated wine from the north of Italy, which is an interesting alternative to some Chardonnay from Moravia or Austria - compare.
It accompanies fish or fresh, unripe cheeses.
After fermentation in stainless steel tanks it matures for 5–7 months on fermentation sludge.
