Vibrant, straw-yellow color with vibrant sparkling. Typical prosecco fragrance with aromas of green apples, pears and citrus fruits with a touch of wisteria, acacia and lily of the valley flowers. The harmonious and elegant taste is softened by a small amount of residual sugar, but remains dry due to the higher living acid.
Well suited to asparagus dishes - pasta and risotto.
