Sparkling wine made from fresh Pinot Grigio and partially pre-dried Verduzzo grapes - the same procedure as Masianco. Moxxé is thus the first sparkling wine, which is partly produced by the appassimento method (known mainly for Amarone wines). The result is a wine with an aroma of apples and citrus.
It has a subtle and attractive taste with rich tones and a dry and clean finish.
