The grapes for this dry sparkling wine come mainly from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. This gives it a fruity yet dry taste. The traditional character of the wine arises from the classic grapes for sparkling wines, including the Chardonnay and Glera varieties. The resulting expression is then characterized by subtle hints of fresh acacia, apple, pear and sage. Serve the wine very chilled.
