Wine produced in the Montenisa winery in the Franciacorta region. It has light yellow color, soft and elegant sparkling with creamy foam. Fruity aroma with tones of white peaches, bread crust and a touch of yeast. The taste is then harmonious and long-lasting.
In comparison with the Antinori family, Montenisa has a relatively short history - it started "only" in 1999.
