Description
Aroma of yellow apples, grapefruit and roses with a pinch of pepper. The taste is juicy, spicy, pronounced on the palate with a long mineral aftertaste.
It goes well with fish specialties, but also with Austrian classical dishes such as Tafelspitz or veal fillet.
The wine is produced by the traditional method. The grapes are harvested by hand, then crushed and then cold macerated for 12-18 hours.
The wine is then slowly pressed for 5-6 hours and fermented without further purification. Subsequently, the wine matures until spring and thus acquires its rich and extractive taste.
