The wine impresses with its slightly smoky aroma with hints of herbs and exotic fruit. It retains its juiciness and minerality. The taste is dominated by citrus and green apples. New Chapter is an Austrian Grüner Veltliner that was created by brothers Markus and Lenz to present this traditional variety in a non-traditional, new style. Wine makes you want to drink more, does not tire you and is a great aperitif as well as a complement to meals.
It takes 8-hour maceration, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and long exposure to yeast until bottling.
