GTP
Global Tenders & Projects
This MDA's AI-powered GTP is a smart systems that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automatically find, filter, analyse, and manage public and private contract opportunities worldwide, consolidating them into one place for businesses, saving time from manual searching and helping them bid more strategically by identifying relevant tenders, assessing risks, and even suggesting partnerships.
Why Global Tenders & Projects?
GTP is a centralised online service that aggregates and lists international business opportunities - tenders announcements, procurement notices, Invitation To Bid (ITB), Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), Request for Information (RFI) - from governments, organizations, and private companies worldwide, allowing businesses to find and compete for contracts beyond their national borders in one place, saving time and effort. These platforms collect data from thousands of sources, organize it by industry, region, country, CPV codes and keywords, and present it in an accessible smart format, helping companies intelligently discover global projects, from infrastructure to IT, from major entities like the UN to local municipalities.

- Streamlined workflow. Creates a unified dashboard with alerts, task lists, and scoring to help teams focus on high-potential bids that bring leads directly to business, reducing manual review.
- Strategic insights. Offers competitive pricing analysis, forecasts demand and can even help form strategic alliances for complex bids.
BIDDING CHALLENGES
Most bids Fail, not because of Prices, but because of unstandardised documentation
(not in conformity with the required bid standard, rule, scale, and-all.)

Fulfilment of the competition objectives (the AI significance in the expected project results is assessed)?
- The project results are entirely based on the use or development of artificial intelligence. (10 pts max.)
Fulfilment of the strategic topic of VaVal from the selected dimension of National RIS3?
- The project's connection to the strategic theme is documented and the project has the potential to significantly contribute to advancing the level of research in the selected strategic theme Fulfilment of the strategic theme of VaVal from the selected dimension of National RIS3. (10 pts max.)
Useful (technical) parameters of the result?
- The result exceeds the technical parameters of known solutions or has no comparison. (15 pts max.)
Demonstrated knowledge of solving analogous problems in the Czech Republic and abroad?
- Knowledge of the current state of knowledge in the relevant research area and knowledge of comparable products in the Czech Republic and abroad is sufficiently documented. (10 pts max.)
Technical and organizational level of the project proposal?
- The project technically contains all the necessary information, is understandable, professionally up to standard, and is based on realistic and documented assumptions for its implementation.
- The idea of the organisational support for the project and the coordination of the activities of the individual participants is sufficiently documented. (7 pts max.)
The complexity of the proposed solution and the suitability of the proposed methods?
- The proposed procedure includes the solution of all problems related to the set goal and is complete and comprehensive.
- The proposed activities and methods for solving the main and partial problems are described and are suitable for achieving the project objectives. (7 pts max.)
Adequacy of the time schedule?
- The proposed duration of the project solution is adequate both with regard to the planned activities and taking into account the timely use of the results.
- The deadlines for achieving the project results are realistic. (7 pts max.)
